1. Taking Charge of Your Fertility, 10th Anniversary Edition: The Definitive Guide to Natural Birth Control, Pregnancy Achievement, and Reproductive Health

This is the most informative book! You can use it to learn how to chart your cycles for pregnancy avoidance, pregnancy prevention, or simply to track your gynecological health. Even if you never end up charting, it is fascinating. I believe every woman should read it just to have an understanding of what "normal" is and how our bodies work.

2. The Change Before the Change: Everything You Need to Know to Stay Healthy in the Decade Before Menopause

Since I am The Perimenopausal Homeschooler, I had to recommend this one. {grin} In fact, it's so helpful that I believe every woman should read at least the first few chapters– before she needs it. If you are approaching 35, you must read this book right away!

3. Captivating Revised & Updated: Unveiling the Mystery of a Woman's Soul

This is one of the few books that has resonated so deeply with me that I could find nothing that I disageed with. I'd love to hear your thoughts about it.

4. Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes

This book will tell you everything you need to know to get stated with T-Tapp's method of mindful movement. And it includes a DVD with exercises for a flat stomach without sit-ups or crunches. Who wouldn't love that?!

5. A Woman After God's Own Heart®

A fabulous book! You really must make time to think through and answer the questions as you read this one.

6. Prescription for Nutritional Healing, Fifth Edition: A Practical A-to-Z Reference to Drug-Free Remedies Using Vitamins, Minerals, Herbs & Food Supplements

I turn to this book all of the time! This is the most helpful reference book that I have on my bookshelf!

7. The Wisdom of Menopause (Revised Edition): Creating Physical and Emotional Health During the Change AND The Wisdom of Menopause Journal: Your Guide to Creating Vibrant Health and Happiness in the Second Half of Your Life

You may have to overlook a bit of Eastern medicine in this one, but if you can read it critically there is a welth of helpful information in this book and companion journal. It's a fabulous supplement to The Change Before the Change.

8. The Premature Menopause Book:: When The "change Of Life" Comes Too Early

Even if you do not enter perimenopause prematurely– or even on the early side– this book is full of testimonials and helps from real women. It really is a gold mine!

9. Lies Women Believe: And the Truth that Sets Them Free

This one goes without saying…

10. Praying God's Word: Breaking Free from Spiritual Strongholds

This one is also self-explanatory. Take the time to work through it slowly. You won't regret it!
